Scope
Installed an HVAC system to the pool hall.
Air Handling Unit with supports on the roof and on the internal beams. Ducting on the new roof, temperature and humidity sensors in the pool hall. This was a challenging install as the low ceiling height did not allow a full sized duct to be installed. As always, this install had to be completed during the school holiday break so the team worked above and beyond to make it happen.

Scope
Installed an HVAC system to the pool hall with the new Air Handling Unit located on the mezzanine above the offices. The installation was scheduled to take place during the installation of the new insulated roof to allow access to the space.
Return air ducting was installed that collected air at pool level to remove chloramines efficiently. A bespoke Building Management System was designed and installed to control the AHU and provide data from the system in real time.
